Emotional Release is a gentle, research-informed way to help the body let go of emotional stress stored in the subconscious and nervous system.

It doesn’t require you to relive trauma for it to be effective. At the same time, it’s normal for memories or emotions to surface as your body unwinds — and if they do, I’m here to support you and hold space safely.

There’s no forcing, no pressure, and no need for perfect words. Your body leads the process, and I simply guide it with grounding and care.
